We’re currently hiring for the following roles:
Business Analyst
Our Business Analysts ensure that we deliver on building sound data-driven solutions for clients. Your work is used by Kuvora and clients to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details, while finding creative ways to take on big-picture challenges. As a core member of our practice, you’ll lead individual projects to transform clients’ business strategy, human resources, operations, sales and marketing as well as customer experience. You’ll also provide senior management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.
Research Associate
The Research Associate plays a supporting role to the project teams at Kuvora, helping to gather relevant information for the development of insights and research reports. You will participate in numerous client projects which vary across geography and industry. As a Research Associate, your work, whether it’s doing research or building reports, is used by Kuvora and clients to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big-picture challenges.
Engagement Manager
The Engagement Manager leads on multiple engagements and related projects that deliver value to Kuvora’s clients. You will be responsible for successful engagement delivery, team building and management, reporting, documentation, process optimization, knowledge transfer, and sales support. You will use your management and leadership capabilities to proactively identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate. Engagement Managers drive the project team members, client leadership and stakeholders, to achieve project goals, while understanding the client business environment and mitigating any limitations to project delivery.
Communications Officer
As a Communications Officer, you will develop strategies for branding, marketing and external communications and will work on messaging, storytelling, channel strategy, campaign design and execution. You will shape messaging and storytelling by articulating core messages and communicating them in collateral (messaging strategy and value proposition documents, website, social media platforms, etc.) that is meaningful, memorable, and visually compelling. You must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, as well as deploy innovative problem solving to help grow the Kuvora brand.
