Firzan Thaha
Firzan Thaha is a Senior Manager at Toronto-Dominion (TD) Bank where he ensures the business integrates both cultural and organizational transformation amidst advancing technologies. He focuses on integrating agile, lean, continuous improvement principles in the digital transformation and emerging technology-related realms to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
In his previous role, he worked as a Six Sigma Process Engineering Manager identifying and solving business challenges. He championed lean initiatives to drive a culture of Operational Excellence and transform processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience, and workforce performance. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt with over 15 years of experience in the application of process excellence principles backed by measurable financial and customer-centric business outcomes in diverse enterprise wide settings including; operations, call centres, and retail. Firzan has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Commerce from Concordia University.
